This is the API of the NY_LocalSoftwareUpdaterPlugIn plugin.
The plugin is used for software updates and is responsible for downloading the necessary JARs.

Initiate a software update
Reboot the node
Retrieve the list of loaded plugins on the node.
Retrieve the list of JARs used by the node.
